I bet this would be the most doable DIY classic car restoration since Meharis were made of plastic (no rust) and they're so simple. You could probably yank the 600cc 2 cylinder out yourself. But only if you can get one at a massive discount; I'd bid a few grand for the beige one with Roma plates. 17,500€ list for both in Roma
